You may be wondering how the DP Jazz Choir is doing, now that Ike Jenkins  is 
no longer the director.  IS there still a DP Jazz Choir?

I am  happy to inform you that YES, the DP Jazz Choir is very much alive and  
well!  In fact, The DP Vocal Performance Choirs (Jazz A, Jazz B, the  new 
Bella Voce, A Cappella and Mixed Chorus) won Best Performance Group in this 
year's Holiday  Parade!  Congratulations to the new director, Mr. Brian 
Slotnick-Lastrico,  and to all the talented singers!  
 
Please come see the DP Vocal Performance Choirs and the DP Jazz  Choir & 
Combo perform at the Holiday Festival of Voices Concert  this Friday, December 8 
at 7:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church (21 E.  Constance, Santa Barbara) 
and Sunday, December 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the  Marjorie Luke Theater (721 E. 
Cota St., Santa Barbara).  Tickets are $12;  $10 for students and seniors.  Call 
805-683-6934 to order your  tickets; tickets may also be purchased at the 
door. 
 

The DP Jazz Choir & Combo will be on tour, performing in Europe  this summer, 
so they can use everyone's support!  Remember the DP Jazz  Choir & Combo when 
planning your next event, whether during this holiday  season or later in the 
year.  You can hire the combo, an a cappella quartet  or octet, full choir 
and combo, or anything in between to suit your  needs.  Check out this year's
